New Member Announcement: The Square Bar and Restaurant
Glasgow Restaurant Association are excited to introduce the first new member of 2018: The Square Bar and Restaurant, Broomhill, owned by Luke Tracey, a hospitality veteran.
Luke has worked in hospitality since he left school in bars, restaurants, hotels and even consulting for a variety of hospitalities companies but the dream of owning his own restaurant was always in the back of his mind: he wanted to make his mark and stamp his style somewhere in Glasgow that he could call his own.
When he planned to open in Broomhill he wanted to create something that would be part of a local community, a stylish and welcoming hub of great coffee, great food and great drinks.
From pop ups to live music, not to mention the creator of what needs to become a classic: Haggis Dauphinoise, The Square has brought a bit more cool to Broomhill and as it is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Hydro and SEC Centre, it’s a great option for pre gig food and post gig drinks.
What’s coming up at The Square Bar and Restaurant?
